2. Information we collect
When you contact us through the form on our Contacts page, we collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to send. If you book a session, we may also collect your phone number, billing address, and project details. We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by third-party providers.
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. This data is used only to understand how the site performs and to improve your experience.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential booking.
- To deliver photographs, invoices, and project updates.
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers who help us operate the studio — for example, email or cloud storage providers — and only to the extent necessary.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. For full details, please see our Cookie Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. If you would like your data removed, contact us at [email protected].
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to ask for corrections, and to request deletion where applicable. To exercise these rights, please email [email protected].
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
